Job description:

  • Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our infrastructure by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our customer deployments and fulfillment operations
  • Interact with customers both through email, phone, and ticket tracking regarding questions on product usage.
  • Research and verify possible technical issues or bugs and resolve them for customers.
  • Write product documentation or knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor all incoming fulfillment operations and take action as necessary.
  • Ensure new releases and upgrades are functional and performant for our customers. By being involved in smoke testing and defect resolution.
  • The position may require working in round the clock shifts and on-call support
Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience with IaaS covering Compute, Network & Storage across multiple public cloud providers including AWS, Azure, & SoftLayer
  • Understanding of ordering lifecycle on public cloud
  • Exposure to ITIL aligned teams (Incident Management)
  • Understanding of middleware
  • Understanding of Network concepts
  • Basic Administration of Windows and Linux
  • Proficient in communication
  • Understanding of User & Role Management
