Your Role and Responsibilities
Support selling ControlDesk, IT Service Management, Cloud Pak for Application with DevOps Add-on (WAS, UrbanCode) + App Performance Man Solutions in Poland, with focus on Control Desk and DevOPS.
Education, qualifications and special training
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business or equivalent.
• ITIL foundation
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• more than 3 years of experience in a technical environment
• experience in business value proposition building based on technology solutions
• some programming experience around Java and/or SQL
• experiences with different operating systems, especially Linux and Windows
• software implementation experience in several projects
• skills in presenting in front of customers and on technical events
• skills in preparing software demos and demonstrating software in front of customers
Professional knowledge related to ControlDesk and IT service management processes.
Operating systems knowledge
Docker, Application servers, database implementation and administration skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Advise other professionals
Effectively utilize group dynamics, good team player
Negotiate to define approaches and goals
Very good verbal, written and presentation skills
Fluent in English
Be able to communicate on all levels (technical and C-level)
Ambitious and result oriented
Recognize complex problems related to functional objectives. Analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures or processes. Creativity and judgment applied to developmental work on different projects within the business environment
