Your Role and Responsibilities
Drive incremental revenue through partnerships (influence and partner resell)
Provide leadership and coordination of business partner relationships for Collaboration and Talent Management Partner types include Global Systems Integrators (GSI's), System Integrators (SI's) and other local geographic partnerships
Develop executive level relationships with covered partners
Build and execute partner plans with all partners
Coordinate partner enablement (training) with a technical counterpart
Lead, co-create and drive co-marketing initiatives with partners
Create and lead sales prospecting tactics
Address, delegate and resolve all obstacles to success
Drive professional sales engagement between IBM sellers and business partners
Evangelize the Partner's capabilities, domain expertise, and value proposition to the field sales force
Create sales linkage between partners and IBM direct sellers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in specialized sales. (Strategic Customers)
    Experience in establishing and managing strategic alliances
    Capacity for strategic planning and sales organization for business.
    Ability to convert technological features into business benefits.
    Experience in the commercial management of different lines of business.
    Ability to generate commercial strategies that allow obtaining competitive advantages over the competition. Generate incremental income through partnerships
    Provide leadership and coordination of relationships with business partners and systems integrators (SI).
    Develop relationships at the executive level with Business partners
    Create and execute plans with Business Associates
