Client Partner Executive

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Develop alliances among customers, IBM teams, suppliers and subcontractor organizations to manage the implementation of Projects and build business opportunities for the business.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with clients to be seen as a valuable business partner.
- Manage customer relations, consultative sales, financial management, business, portfolio management, programs and work team management.
- Responsible for meeting the objectives of income, benefits, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Translate customer requirements into formal agreements, establish specific solutions and direct efforts for full acceptance of the client.
- Manage contracts for Global Customers in different industries: Manufacturing, Transportation and Retail.
- Lead diverse global and local teams covering the development, maintenance and support of the client's IT infrastructure, including Desktop Support, Call Centers, Servers Support, Backup & Restore, Disaster Recovery, Networking and Application Systems.
- Coordinate action plans to improve the level of service and metrics.
- Ensure successful audits, carry out contract management, compliance with service levels (SLA), people management, coordinate action plans, define strategies for continuous improvement.
