Client Experience Manager


Your Role and Responsibilities
This role's Korean calling title : 차장/부장 ~ 실장

What are the top responsibilities of this role?

- Accelerating client Data warehouse migration, PoCs and deployments
- Provide hands on engagement for migration, troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Promote sustained value and client satisfaction
- Drive revenue by ensuring smooth completion of POCs
- Engage the worldwide technical team to remove roadblocks and address client issues
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams (Sales, Services, Development, OM) to the common outcome of successful client upgrades from IBM (e.g. Netezza, IDAA V5) and non-IBM (e.g. Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server) sources to Analytics destinations (e.g. IBM IAS, Db2 Warehouse, Db2 Warehouse on Cloud, IDAA V7)
- Provide IIAS launch and ongoing best practices to customers

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- Relational Database (especially Db2) (5+ years) and associated stack (OS, filesystem, x86 and Power hw platforms)
- SQL and Query Performance Experience (5+ years)
- Executive & client communication (3+ years)
- Understanding of DataWarehouse Deployments and overall Datawarehouse Ecosystem (2+ years)
- Project management skills (2+ years)

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
- Development experience in a Datawarehouse product
- Support experience or hands on experience working in client situations
