Client Executive - Bank Integrated Account

Introduction
Sales and Business Consulting leadership experience in Banking and Financial services to foster and expand the relationship coverage for one of IBM's key banking client in the region. Engage with teams from various Business units - sales, consulting, business and technical professionals to provide value and solutions to the client to support their leading edge over their competition.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Sales and Business Consulting leadership experience in Banking and Financial services to foster and expand the relationship coverage for one of IBM's key banking client in the region. Engage with teams from various Business units - sales, consulting, business and technical professionals to provide value and solutions to the client to support their leading edge over their competition.

Provide sales strategies and integrate the breath of IBM's capabilities to deliver world class business solutions. Foster strategic relationship with the client to grow the business. Extensive consulting sales expertise and proven sales track record in Banking & Financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for IBM's Revenue / Wallet share growth with the client. Consistently drive new opportunities.
  • Leads the development of the overall account plan and has primary responsibility for identifying and prioritizing client's business goals, financial position and competitive ecosystem. Lead sellers, consultants, technical employees in the execution of plan that will drive business growth and enhance IBM's presence across high growth initiatives including Cognitive, Digital, Cloud, Analytics, Social and Security.
  • Uses industry / domain skills to build business relationships with CXOs and senior level stakeholders as the client's trusted consultant and advisor. Understand the clients' strategy and business goals, and determining the most appropriate solutions to address their needs.
  • Integrates and leverage IBM, builds cross Brand / Geo collaboration to provide customized solutions. Orchestrates across various Client & IBM's Business units. Position the benefits and gear the client towards new imperatives with IBM.
  • Presents bold and disruptive ideas to position IBM solutions & services to provide explicit financial & business benefit succinctly to a CXO.


Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Track record leading a IT sales organization.
  • Professional with industry and business expertise in Banking & financial services industry.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, with a deep understanding of the client's needs and IBM capabilities. Savvy with new strategic plays and disruptions in banking and financial services industry such as digital transformation, cognitive computing, big data and analytics, social, monetizing technology innovation as key transformational drivers.
  • Experience driving innovation and transformation.
  • Strong client relationships with C-Suite executives
