Chile Q2C Operations Senior Professional
Strong relationship with Sales, Units, and Finance. This person will be the Chile Q2C Operations single point of contact with Sales, Units and Finance. Tracking of key transactions. Deep experience and expertise in Q2C Operations (bid management, contract acceptance, billing, and collections). Candidate will be in charge of the operational processing of key accounts. Collaboration skills and getting the entire team to work together by being the pivot and can communicate strategic directions -short term and long term to the market teams

Client relationship Management.Business Operations.Business Strategy.Understanding of the New IBM Offering and Field Operating Model. Collaboration across squads in their market
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Managing Troubled Accounts or Critical Situations / Risk Management / Agile Experience
