Your Role and Responsibilities
Customer Experience is the new competitive battleground driving business growth and innovation across all sectors. The best experiences are shaped through deep customer insights and enabling technologies. IBM iX is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can inspire and guide our clients.

Organizations serviced by IBM come in all shapes and sizes. Your knowledge of customer experience and digital technologies combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide the highest level client service. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of IBM's key clients and understand how our range of offerings can help their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their business can improve their customer experience.

As a Digital Experience Sales Executive, you'll help to provide integrated, cross-platform digital solutions. IBM has become a leader in this space because we've developed effective products and services aimed at helping our customers. You will support and grow new business with IBM's current and new customers. You'll manage business relationships to ensure that our customers' needs and requirements are met. This will require you to serve as their advocate within IBM while collaborating with other IBM teams to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options. This is a client-facing business role requiring deep subject matter expertise, proven sales ability and a broad base of industry contacts.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify opportunities for selected business solutions at target accounts or region/territory;
Discuss issues with the client, and then work with the IBM team to develop a proposed solution and outline the implementation approach highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies;
Use in-depth knowledge of the IBM solution, its underlying value proposition and implementation approaches to identify opportunities for brands across IBM;
Works with GBS Partners and Associate Partners to close deals;
Integrate IBM and Business Partner products, services and solutions for the client, where applicable;
Successful employ the consultative selling approach to C-level executives

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5years experience in selling mobile/digital
5years experience working for an agency
Proven sales track record

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
8years experience selling digital/mobile solutions
