Your Role and Responsibilities

Supports both the development of new General Business (formerly known as Small & Medium Business) opportunities and the delivery of General Business (GB) services to clients. Develops strategy for assigned GB accounts and participates in the development of overall strategy. Responsible for overall performance for assigned GB accounts and for servicing and selling GB solutions in other accounts/Industries/Services.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
1) At least 6years of experience in sales:
- Managed services
2) Intermediate knowledge in ITIL and basic knowledge in server technologies
Storage, operating systems, database, ERPs, high availability methods and DRP
3) Financial knowledge for the assembly of TCOs, competition analysis and business case in general.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
• Technical, with the ability to rapidly learn and understand new technologies.
