Business Analytics Seller

Job Description
Working under minimal supervision, this position, is an enterprise level, direct contributor sales position responsible for selling all Analytics solutions across defined accounts and territories. The Analytics seller will work directly with IBM sales team and partners to understand their current business needs and requirements around both departmental and enterprise wide visions and represent the full spectrum of IBM cloud capabilities to deliver value to the prospective client. The Analytics seller will represent IBM cloud and provide leadership within the account acting as the Sales Specialists, and guiding Subject Matter Experts.

What You'll do:

  • Net New business development with clients and partners
  • Build key relationships within the C-Suite and departmental leadership teams
  • Meet or exceed all assigned quotas for sales and pipeline growth
  • Analyze customer's needs and recommend solutions that best meet customer's requirements
  • Emphasize scalable features such as flexibility, cost, capacity, and economy of operation.
  • Able to reach a consultative level of selling with the customer

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years of Sales Experience

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Masters Degree
At least 10 years of Sales Experience
