We are seeking a Business Analyst with a consulting mindset in Calgary, who will contribute significantly to the aggressive objectives of the team and deliver remarkable client experiences.

Responsibilities:
Business analysts take the lead role in:

Shaping the solution to fit users' needs
Support the agile delivery mind set as a BA
Planning and monitoring
Eliciting requirements
Requirements organization
Translating and simplifying requirements to realize business value
Requirements management and communication
Requirements analysis
Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years of software agile program management experience

  • Experience and understanding of IT consulting

  • Familiarity with Digital ecosystem and current market trends

  • Experienced in project financial management and forecasting

  • Demonstrated experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies

  • Successful delivery of programs on time and on budget

  • Proven ability to work in a customer facing/consulting environment

  • Experience leading projects through all phases of the lifecycle

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Ability to lead lasting relationships with clients

  • English: fluent

  • Accreditations desired: CSM - Certified Scrum Master, SPC - SAFe Program Consultant, PMI ACP or PMP


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of software agile program management experience

  • 3+ years in an IT consulting organization or similar

  • Experience in product management and delivery

  • Demonstrated experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies

  • Successful delivery of programs on time and on budget

  • Proven ability to work in a customer facing/consulting environment

  • Experience leading projects through all phases of the lifecycle

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Ability to lead lasting relationships with clients

  • English: fluent

  • Accreditations desired: CSM - Certified Scrum Master, SPC - SAFe Program Consultant, PMI ACP or PMP
