Who you are As Bigfix Administrator, you are responsible for installation, implementation, customization and performance tuning of BigFix components.

What will you do

  • Configure & solve any issues related to patching & compliance related activities
  • Creating fixlet\task to accommodate Software Distribution via BigFix
  • Accountable to ensure high level of customer satisfaction with service delivery
  • Create web reports filters and schedule reports

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 4-9 Years relevant experience required in Bigfix BigFix L2\L3 Support and implementation
  • Ability to patch/release management and ensure all packages are deployed efficiently and to ensure appropriate resolution of BigFix and general patching issues
  • Experience in developing Relevance queries & Action script in Big-fix
  • Proficient in understanding technical problems and their impacts to the business
  • Expertise in resolving BESRelay & BESClient issues


Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Working knowledge on Windows & Unix Operating system
  • Self-motivated to identify and correct operational issues
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
