AP & GCG finance and operation Analyst

Job Description
Closely working with the Global TA operation Lead to establish and communicate budget splits for AP & GCG by understanding resource, program, special projects and agency usage during every budget cycle.

Complete the AP& GCG Metrics measurement to help team understand hiring volumes and program requirements to be taken into consideration into forecast.

Establish AP Mission expense plan & cost allocation, setup ICA billings and manage the balance for recruitment cost center at net level. Assist FA with ICA creation and billing as applicable. Ensure AP/GCG and CoE Recruitment expense is fully cost recovered quarterly.

Communicate the allocation recovery plan with all stakeholders during fall planning cycle and obtain agreement. Make necessary adjustments to ensure that country finance teams are familiar with plan and build the plan into their country plans.

Control recruitment cost and correctly balance resource costs across the geos. Track monthly spend and provide monthly updates at AP&GCG levels. Successfully maintain planned CpH and productivity. Assist financially with transformation opportunities to optimize CIC & GCG integration.

Prepare any operational financial slides for monthly and quarterly reviews. Review approval requests against budget position.

Provide financial policy to TAL & TAM. Provide justification for support and expense where needed, especially where new expenses are added.

forecast cost center and Professional agency fee spend monthly and work with the Exec Search consultant for Executive hiring forecast. Collect/validate supported hiring volumes and recruitment headcount monthly. Ensure bridges are completed in AP & GCG metrics template. Keep abreast with new and one-off expenses as they are approved for inclusion in monthly forecasts.

Provide efficient guide and create approval request in HR Finance system for all recruitment related request.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor and above degree major in Finance
3+ years finance & planning related working experience
Fluent in written and oral English
Familiar with Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc
