AIX Technical Support

Job Description
We currently have an opening on our AIX Technical Support team. As a member of the AIX Technical Support team, job responsibilities include the demonstration of exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to IBM clients and IBM management, timely updates for client situations, ability to effectively manage multiple complex situations, and deep technical product knowledge. In this role you will work within the AIX Technical Support team based in Austin, TX.
