With our award-winning services, we help organizations come up with simple solutions to their customer experience problems through customization across the entire Salesforce platform. We are currently looking for an articulate Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities for this Consultant role include:

  • Successfully build and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Evaluate and manage multiple customer solutions and projects effectively

  • Collaborate frequently with team members to design appropriate solutions and execute projects in a timely manner

  • Configuration of client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of data

  • Preparing client presentations, transcribing key notes during Business Process Reviews and collecting feedback

  • Training clients and Administrators

Our Consultants are resourceful individuals who are interested in expanding their careers as business leaders, critical thinkers and trusted advisors within their professional and personal networks. Consultants who wish to succeed in this role will possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in area(s) related to Business and/or Technology
• Project/relationship management experience, preferably as a Consultant
• Exposure to Salesforce strongly preferred, knowledge of CRM, SFA, ERP systems a must
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills

  • You have a tertiary degree from an AU/NZ University, having completed your last subject no earlier than 2016.

  • You have no more than 2 years (full time) relevant work experience
