Brighter Blue Program is IBM's world-class 2-year development program designed for technical consultant career path. You will receive assignments mainly focusing on technical development and configuration. Through the program, you will advance your technical skills including digital and agile.

What the role involves?
Application Developer is required to involves the process, life cycle and creation of the software solution to our clients in their businesses. You will work closely with critical stakeholders in using languages such as Java or VB.net to develop the necessary specifications for software. You may also test, debug and improve generally faulty applications for clients. Here are your daily responsibilities.

1. Participate in developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions.
2. Troubleshoot and debug software applications
3. Train and educate clients on proper use of software solutions.
4. Answer client questions and resolve client technical issues.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Familiar with programming language(s), including Java, Java Core, J2EE, SQL, XML, C#, Ruby, Python, PHP, Javascript and Agile
- The right attitude, Communication, Creativity, Problem Solving, Taking Ownership, Teamwork and Collaboration
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree in in Mathematics, Computer science/engineering, Information Technology, Engineering

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Master's Degree in Mathematics, Computer science/engineering, Information Technology, Engineering
