• Energy & Utility業界の主要お客様に対し、経営層との信頼関係を構築し、中長期的なお客様およびIBMのビジネス成長をリードする
• 業界およびお客様課題を的確に把握し、IBMの総合的なソリューションを提案• 推進する
• OIからクロージングまで営業プロセス全体を統括し、ビジネスの目標達成に責任を持つ
• 複数の大型案件をマネジメントし、継続的なビジネス成長を実現する
• チームの育成• エンゲージメント向上を通じて組織力の向上に貢献する

• 案件発掘からクロージングまで、一連の営業プロセスをリードし、ビジネスの目標達成に責任を持った経験
• 事業部長／部門長クラスとの信頼関係を構築し、経営課題に基づく提案ができる能力
• 大型• 複雑案件（Complex Deal）の創出• 推進の実績
• グローバルチームと連携し、お客様業界の変革をリードした経験
• 強いオーナーシップと成果にコミットする姿勢

Preferred technical and professional experience

• エネルギー• ユーティリティ業界（電力• ガス）に関する深い業界知識
• IT• デジタル技術に関する基本的な理解
• デジタルトランスフォーメーションを伴う提案• プロジェクト推進経験（サステナビリティ／カーボンニュートラル領域であれば尚可）
