远程技术支持工程师

Job Description

为大型机服务器的终端客户提供远程、在线技术支持,确保操作系统和主机的正常运行:
- 通过电话、邮件等渠道接受客户要求并及时处理个案。

- 分析和定位问题,并有能力清晰准确的把问题难点派送到相应实验室进行源代码分析。

- 全程跟进个案,及时向用户报告问题处理进程和结果,维护客户满意度

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1.计算机科学与技术或电子信息工程专业优先考虑

2. 本科或硕士学历, 0-3年工作经验
3. 具备Mainframe系统基础架构支持经验,熟悉z/OS,DB2 on Z,CICS, MQ, SA等产品使用
4. 熟悉操作系统和数据库架构
5. 具有良好的中英文沟通能力和团队合作精神

6. 对待工作积极热情并且富有耐心
