Description
The Lead Agile Coach Coaches, educates and mentors organizational leaders and their teams to instill a scaled, successful enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Lead Agile Coach works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Lead Agile Coach work includes creating tools and leading training sessions to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile methodologies in their day-to-day work. The job guides an organization through the transition and drives continued adherence to optimal Agile work practices. Promotes a culture of innovation by implementing Agile processes and principles which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity. May provide on-going iteration management for high profile initiatives to provide real-time coaching as well as to gather and share Agile best practices across the enterprise. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, andworks under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in agile coaching/mentoring role, change management experience
- Deep understanding of agile development processes and methodology
- Experience implementing Agile in different cultures and environments
- Experience with Lean and implementing a Kaizen mindset
- Team-oriented, passionate about developing others' skills and capabilities
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree in Business, Agile, Project Management, or a related field or experience is preferred
- Knowledge of agile project management tools
- Ability to work well with people with varying technical and business abilities
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
