Description: The Market Operations Support / Guidance Centers Professional 2 roles will report to the Associate Directors of each Guidance Centers region and support that leader and his / her markets in accomplishing their goals by managing operational and administrative processes related to marketing, health and well-being programming
Responsibilities
The Guidance Centers Professional 1 performs duties such as the following:
- Key player in the processes to develop marketing collateral for a regional territory
- Act as a liaison between regional markets and the national marketing team to provide insight on market strategy in order to populate calendars, direct mail, etc.
- Serve as primary quality point person for development of monthly calendar
- Develop and implement operational plan to ensure all POS branding, signage and marketing is used appropriately and effectively in each Center in the region
- Ensure adherence to CMS Medicare marketing guidelines
- Support local market leaders and national health and well-being programs team in developing a slate of monthly activities in the Guidance Centers
- Schedule presenters - including doctors and other community partners - to facilitate events in the Guidance Centers
- Perform legal review of events per Humana processes and CMS guidance
- Work with local leaders to develop and refine a slate of high-quality local programs engaging with local internal and external partners as appropriate
- Implement market strategy initiatives including building trusting relationships with external partners and engage with appropriate market business partners to support market plan
- Lead events, projects, pilot programs and processes to help solve problems and meet organizational goals
- Host in person meetings with internal business partners
- Support regional leaders and corporate team in pursuing market strategy and goals
- Act in a consultant capacity working independently to find innovative ways to drive metrics. Leading special projects in a regional capacity.
- Fill in staffing gaps in the region at the Senior Professional level. Due to maternity / medical leaves, resignations, etc.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager who is driving strategy and high level relationships

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of degree, a minimum 5 years of demonstrated people leadership experience
- Less than 3 years of technical experience
- Demonstrated record of achieving performance goals and objectives
- Demonstrated analytical skills by integrating complex information, while balancing tactical and strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to produce desired results by leveraging resources, managing resources and relationships effectively, and defining and communicating clear expectations
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, proactive communication and leadership skills including a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service, the ability to react appropriately under pressure, and the ability to apply good judgment in ambiguous situations
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with associates, consumers and internal and external business and community partners
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, SharePoint, etc.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail/hospitality experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
