Against that backdrop, Humana is building a best-in-class Member Engagement Marketing organization to provide a deeper understanding of consumers and Humana members. The Pharmacy Care Marketing team within Member Engagement Marketing leads member strategies in order to more effectively engage and retain members. To assist in developing and implementing personalized, consumer-centric experiences, we seek an innovative and entrepreneurial mind to be our CRM Marketing Professional 2.

Responsibilities

The CRM Marketing Professional 2 will work side-by-side with team leaders and our Pharmacy partners to understand business goals for our outreach, provide input on innovative strategies to meet those objectives, work with the communications team on flawless execution, and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts.

As a CRM Marketing Professional 2 you will:

  • Be a key part of a team that consults with business partners and develops communications solutions for our members
  • Provide input on communications strategies and implement campaigns for one of the company's top business priorities: encouraging our consumers to make smart healthcare choices
  • Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Play a key role with other team members to achieve the business goals of Humana Pharmacy Solutions and Humana Pharmacy mail order
  • Identify, analyze and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, market research and competitive intelligence
  • Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Direct Mail, Email and/or Digital marketing
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, marketing strategy, lead generation, retention, and content marketing
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M


PreferredQualifications
  • Proven experience working at Fortune 500 in performance marketing space
  • Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/phone vendors
  • End to End campaign/communication management (strategy to execution to reporting)
  • Experimentation and testing from campaign optimization testing to innovation pilots
  • Copy writing and design capabilities
  • Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions
  • Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment
  • Master's Degree in marketing, communications or related field a plus.
