Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a Campus Recruiter in London to join our Recruiting team. We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Campus Recruiter to build out our campus presence in the UK and Europe. You will be joining a highly collaborative team, but also have autonomy and ownership over your scope. You’ll touch every aspect of campus recruiting, including talent attraction (sourcing, marketing, and events) and talent evaluation (interviews and offers) to bring exceptional talent to HRT.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Attraction:
    • Identify Top Talent: Source and build relationships with top technical talent at campuses in the UK
    • Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish relationships with campuses (via university faculty, info sessions, networking events, etc.) and position HRT as a top employer for students
    • Travel: Frequent travel to campuses to host recruiting events and act as a brand ambassador for HRT
    • Logistics: Own, plan, and execute end to end recruiting events at campuses

  • Candidate and Pipeline Management: Partner with Recruiting Coordinators on design and execution of a highly efficient interview process. Take candidates through the interview process with a focus on candidate experience
  • Interview and Offer Process: Ideate on how to identify top talent. Collaborate with stakeholders on updates to our evaluation processes. In addition, manage all aspects of the offer process
  • Internship Program: Build strong relationships with interns, partnering with mentors and hiring managers on intern evaluation, in addition to support some programmatic elements
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers on defining key candidate profiles, developing and iterating on interview processes, and maintaining a high hiring bar

Qualifications

  • 7+ work experience in recruiting, university relations, program management, or similar spaces 
  • Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent
  • Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, plus experience working with analytics/reporting tools
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
