Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the switchboard and distributing calls
  • Greeting / Assisting walk-in clients
  • Assist with client payments
  • Prepare deposits and banking
  • Opening , sorting, scanning & distributing incoming & outgoing courier & mail
  • Claims notice processing
  • Respond/forward requests received from brokers & clients via phone, email and fax
  • Any other duties that may be assigned including ordering office supplies and special project coordination
Qualifications:
  • Superior interpersonal skills; Must possess a positive attitude with a strong customer focus;
  • Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience an asset;
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
  • Detail oriented; Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively while multi-tasking;
  • Industry experience an asset;
  • Strong computer skills (keyboarding/MS Office) required;
  • High School Diploma
