Marketing Analyst/Strategic Resource Manager

The Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales culture. The SRM works closely with the Chief Sales Officer, and assists Management and Producers with achieving their goals. The SRM also works closely with HUB corporate headquarters in Chicago.



  • Assist the corporate/regional Marketing & Communications teams in the creation and scrubbing of prospect and client lists
  • Be comfortable supporting & assisting producers with RFPs, capabilities presentations, benchmarking reports, premium volume stats, and sell sheets

Regional Communications

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the HUB Northeast intranet system assisting with navigation and posting regional content
  • Assist with regional events, including sales meetings & sales seminars
  • Interface directly with regional Managers, Producers, Prospects, and Clients to help present HUB's value proposition and marketing materials in sales meeting and new business pitch environments

Technology Tools and Resources

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Producer and Client facing tools & resources
  • Present in-person and webinar hosted training sessions for individual Producers and office locations
  • Work directly with third party vendors and receive regular corporate training
  • Work with the CSO to help onboard new Producers and acquired locations to promote their joining HUB


  • Assists sales team with management of tools & resources including activation of new accounts, reporting, data mining, and troubleshooting
  • Serves as a general problem solver and navigator for employees looking for HUB resources
  • Travel to various HUB offices and meetings, as needed


  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate experience
  • 0-1 year experience in the Insurance industry
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be MS Excel proficient (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, statistical functions)
  • Working knowledge of a CRM system is a plus (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Creative critical thinker and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutions
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and technical resources
  • Proven organizational skills (master of multi-tasking) with a sense of urgency
  • Good rapport with Management and Producers – they are your customers
