Employee Benefits Analyst

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Analyst in our Employee Benefits department. The Benefits Analyst (BA) will support the Client Manager (CM) and Benefits Consultant (BC) in the day-to-day needs of the business. Typical functions include a mix of administrative work, benefit information preparation, and special projects as necessary. The BA is responsible for following the Client Annual Timeline (CAT) and completing all tasks in a timely manner. The main goal of the BA is to do anything and everything possible to keep the CM and BC in front of the client.

In this role you will:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of internal customers (CMs and BCs)
  • Assist in the marketing effort of coverage via RFP process, organize responses, and produce deliverables and other related items while verifying accuracy
  • Load internal presentation software with accurate information
  • Keep BenefitPoint 100% up-to-date and accurate
  • Manage mail
  • Organize and print presentations
  • Facilitate Carrier & Vendor Presentations & CE Course Management (Friday Lunch and Learns)
  • Execute "Who is HUB?" Education Series (webinar every other month and 2 seminars per year)
  • Prepare and Support Internal Meetings
  • Maintain Office Equipment and Supplies
  • Handle other tasks/projects that would help keep CMs and BCs engaged with clients versus completing in-office tasks
