Carrier Team Senior Associate
This position reports directly to the Carrier Management Team Supervisor and is responsible for supporting the team members with complex processes, escalation of challenges, and managing day to day performance of the Accounting Associates. Provides guidance for assignments that are outside the normal processing scope of Accounting Associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists leadership team with identifying possibilities for process improvements
  • Shadows team members to isolate training opportunities and provide course corrections
  • Utilizes daily reporting to pinpoint focus areas and provide feedback for team members and management
  • Supports Accounting Associates with intricate processing questions
  • First tier escalation contact for team members
  • Delivers and certifies new hire training
  • Subject matters expert in carrier and employee relations
  • Overtime may be required
Department Accounting & Finance
Required Experience: 2-5 years
Required Travel: Negligible
Required Education: High school or equivalent
