We are currently looking to fill one Branch Manager position within the Winnipeg area!
The Branch Manager is responsible for balancing the front line client service needs across all lines of business inside the branch focusing on customer service efficiency, profitability and employee satisfaction.
The Branch Manager ensures two branches are functioning in a professional and efficient manner at all times. Interacts daily with clients and employees, quotes and processes new insurance policies; identifies client needs and educates clients of other available insurance products; encourages and sells value-added products; applies superior client relations skills, promoting a superior company image.

A minimum License Level 3 is required. Advanced EPIC skills are essential. A Minimum of 3 years experience in Autopac and 5 years experience in Personal Lines is preferred. Strong insurance product knowledge and a Company ambassador is a must.
