The Branch Coordinator is responsible for balancing the front line client service needs across all lines of business inside the branch focusing on customer service efficiency, profitability and employee satisfaction.
The Branch Coordinator ensures the branch is functioning in a professional and efficient manner at all times. With a focus on Personal Lines this role interacts daily with clients and employees, quotes and processes new insurance policies; identifies client needs and educates clients of other available insurance products; encourages and sells value-added products; applies superior client relations skills, promoting a superior company image. This position will perform a wide variety of administrative related duties.

Accomplishments Needed:
A License Level 3 is considered an asset. Advanced EPIC or TAM skills are essential. A Minimum of 3 years' experience in SGI issuing and 5 years' experience in Personal Lines is preferred. Strong insurance product knowledge and a Company ambassador is a must.
