Auto Mobile Associate
If you have your level 1 or level 2 insurance license and you're looking for a dynamic and fast paced role, or simply enjoy the flexibility and mobility to help clients on the move, this role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to achieve sales targets and earn incentive dollars each and every day.
In this role, your primary focus is to advise new car buying clients on how best to protect their most recent vehicle purchase at the car dealership. Based out of one of our community branches, you will build relationships proactively, approaching your clients with both integrity and a service mindset. You will offer solutions from a diverse selection of ICBC and private auto products and take great pride in helping your clients understand how to best protect their new investment. As a highly detailed and service-oriented person, you make sure documentation has all the i's dotted and t's crossed and clients feel understood and their insurance needs are expertly taken care of.
- Proactively and creatively offer helpful solutions and alternatives to clients based on their needs while achieving performance targets
- Process a wide variety of ICBC and private auto transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more
- Develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines

- Level 1 General Insurance Salesperson License at a minimum
- Level 2 General Insurance Agent License preferred and will provide for an opportunity to earn commission
- Must have use of own personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations
