As a Windows software developer, knowing how to optimize Windows code and track\fix bugs are givens. The candidate also needs to know how to use Microsoft Visual Studio C++, C# and Microsoft's .NET framework to design, develop, test, and deploy Windows-based applications that run on both 32bit and 64bit Windows loaded Thin Client computers. Your key talents should include understanding multiple Windows application development models, how to work with object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading. As a Windows Developer, it is expected the candidate has an in-depth understanding of software engineering principles, software life cycles (i.e. Agile SCRUM) , security and virtualization principles.
