We are seeking a Technical Business Engagement Manager to join our team and help drive successful delivery of an online ordering application for consumer printer ink and toner supplies supporting the sales eco-system including partner resellers and channel management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with multiple WW stakeholders from Supplies Business Development, Marketing, Regional Channel Partners, and Online Shopping Partners to identify business needs and required features.
  • Responsible for establishing detailed project scope and schedule with tech lead, developers' management and stakeholders.
  • Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for the program.
  • Actively manages risks, issues, and escalations in partnership with the developers and business.
  • Ability to organize self and others including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines. Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude
  • Exerts influence beyond the immediate team; an ability to present and influence at senior management level
  • Demonstrates business acumen and applies it for effective business engagement with internal customers and effective management of programs and initiatives.
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills to influence and negotiate with senior leadership
  • Defines and manages a project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.
  • Defines software release plan and scope with tech lead / development team
  • Documents the business requirements; get sign-off from the business area if required on the requirements documentation
  • Serves as the expert to the partner for a wide range of complex information regarding sure supply services and software.
  • Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members
  • Works with external parties such as resellers
  • Builds and fosters strong partnerships. Actively bridges technical and business cultures and perspectives to promote cross-organizational collaboration
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects to deliver best in class availability
  • Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Typically 10+ years experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
  • Experience working with developers, technical architects, product owners
  • 3+ years of Experience with Agile development and use of product backlog for prioritization, tracking user stories, sprint planning, scrum meetings, sprint review etc
  • Leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high performing project teams
  • Experience working in large environments with onshore, offshore teams and outsourced application development teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding and practice of modern software development methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience of Requirements Management
  • Understanding and practice of modern software development methodologies
  • Understanding and practice of modern software development lifecycle tools.
  • Understanding of Software Test methodologies, and testing tools.
  • Experience in working in DevOps environment
