System Engineer

Primary responsibilities:

  • Developing wide knowledge and deep understanding of machine modules and systems thru practical participation
  • High troubleshooting skills of complex multidisciplinary systems (incl. Control , SW,

Mechanical and Electrical elements)

  • Leading system NPI activities including knowledge transfer, new processes definition and technical capabilities buildup at OPS

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Engineering (EE preferred) - must
  • M.E. in System Engineering - advantage
  • At least 2 years' experience on multidisciplinary development and integration (proven hands-on experience)
  • Ability to lead cross functional, cross geography project team
  • Ability to work both at a strategic and detailed level
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to reduce broad concepts to structured projects
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities (autodidact)
  • Strong Project Management skills – PMI certified or exposure to PMI concepts
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer/Supplier facing abilities
  • Fluent English (additional languages is advantage)
  • Customer facing abilities
  • Wiliness to travel (up to 50% at peak)
