SW NPI & IT specialist

Primary responsibilities

The IT specialist define, execute and support all network, PC policy and licensing in Scitex machines, and lead the SW NPI to production:

  • Lead NPI process, SW build and configuration, and lead implementation in production line
  • Define and maintain Windows / Linux OS, PC build policy (updates, firewall, anti-virus) and licenses for 3rd parity applications
  • Multipole interfaces in R&D, leading Engineering, Production and field requests toward future SW releases
  • Define and maintain machine network configuration and health
  • Plan and maintain roadmap for all OS / network issues
  • Define and support diagnostic tools for field support and network / PC debug
  • Provide L4 support for PC & Network SW related issues (till 3rd layer of the OSI module of communication)

Requirements

The IT specialist will define machine network configuration and site requirements

  • MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
  • NCA: Novell Certified administrator
  • Specialist (IT Admin level) on all communications types (up till layer 3 in OSI module: physical layer, data link layer, network layer): Wi-Fi, Ethernet, TCP/IP
  • Autodidact and self-motivated - ability to work in multi-tasking environment.
  • Fluent English
  • Good communication skills- (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong Project Management skills : ability to generate and lead changes on cross company level, and drive them till implementation
  • Customer/Supplier facing abilities
  • Work Site – Netanya, (routine visits will be required to production site either, located at Caesarea)
