  • Partner with Senior Leadership to strategize and operationalize growth plans
  • Strategize different business models in the PC business to identify and enable growth levers
  • Collaborate with key country teams across the diverse landscape of Asia Pacific & Japan to enable their growth plans
  • Analyze and solve real-time problems with various stakeholders in the business as well as functional teams
  • Plan and execute the weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences to help leaders successfully drive business


Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
  • 10 years experience in Business Strategy and Planning
  • Superior MS Excel: pivots, formulae, vlookup, consolidating large amounts of data, accuracy
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint knowledge
  • Experience working with Reporting Tools
  • Exceptional analytical skills & the ability to communicate results in a clear business context
  • Experience in Sales Force or similar CRM tool and producing intelligent trending & forecasting information
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to equally execute on strategic initiatives and tactical project plans
  • Effective influencer of business decisions with the ability to give and receive feedback
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent business judgement
  • Relationship Management skills
  • Effective Organization, Time Management, Prioritization, Follow-up and Execution skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HP 'go to market' strategies, business units and segments
  • Prior experience working in Financial Services across regional markets would be a distinct advantage
