Senior Pricing Program Manager

Job Description

  • Drive pricing programs across the EMEA region to support business objectives and growth opportunities
  • Define a regional pricing project plan
  • Lead all involved organizations to ensure progress as per plan, drive project governance process
  • Ensure dependencies are properly anticipated
  • Drive resolution of issues and concerns with all involved parties
  • Support key business initiatives through pricing
  • Contribute to process improvements in the pricing area
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior project managers

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Typically 3-5 years of project management experience, PMP Certified or Sigma Black Belt a plus

Track record of timely execution of complex projects

Experience in managing global cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to drive strong stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent negotiating and change management skills
  • Ability to encourage and enable people to work together as a team to accomplish the project
  • Experience in operations, understanding of HP pricing processes
