Sales Suppport Management Analyst

Brief:

Within the EMEA HP.Com team we are looking for new talent to join a growing and passionate e-commerce team. HP products are inspired by our customers and reflect our passion to fuse form, function, style and reliability into great computers and printers.

As Content Support Analyst you will be contributing in making the HP Online Store the best online customer shopping experience, containing the finest products. You will be working with product, marketing and international teams, always with a sales focus in mind!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performs basic data entry per predefined processes ensuring the right content appears at the right time in line with HP Store guidelines
  • Supports day-to-day order transactions - Implementing briefs from stakeholders and reporting of customer issues (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports); handles a limited number of moderate to highly complex tasks
  • Implementing and maintaining sales collateral (banners, icons, landing pages) into our CMS (Content Management System)
  • Assists other departments and support groups (e.g., internal sales, audit, operational support, and delivery) by reporting issues to the appropriate roles; may assist with resolution of basic issues
  • Helps resolve moderately to highly complex customer issues ensuring that the site is optimal for a quality sales experience (e.g., distribution, pricing, pop ups) and proactively follows-up to assist external-facing customer service representatives/merchandising leads
  • Taking ownership for 100% accuracy every time implementation
  • Testing new functionalities introduced to the Store or our systems and giving feedback based on your experience
  • Resolves open tasks and report issues of moderate to high complexity and reaches out to the respective teams and stakeholders to determine source of delay; communicates status and escalates issues to higher levels, as appropriate
  • Resolves issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and is a subject matter expert to other departments (e.g., testing new systems to ensure CMS system works correctly) Enters data in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining documentation and records
  • Handles independently tasks, understand complexities and ties together E2E concept of product and marketing that forms a critical aspect of online shopping business and is able to highlight issues accordingly to different teams
  • Supports solutions that impact other departments

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

  • Two year university degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 7-10 years' experience in an IT/ITES or eCommerce background
  • Professional Analytics certification would be an added advantage

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
  • Experience working with a CMS is a must. A minimum of one year is required
  • MS Office Suite ; Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML is a Bonus
  • Intermediate knowledge of internal processes and policies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Intermediate time management skills
