Rio Rancho Onboarding Program Manager

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage On Boarding "certification and graduation" programs
  • Develop and manage Sales Day-in-a-Life simulation
  • Develop and manage Mentoring Certification & Training program
  • Ensure sales tool access, set-up completion prior to graduation
  • Create and deliver foundational sales compensation training
  • Pre-qualify trainers for product, tools and processes classes and/or deliver training for specific topics
  • Develop and manage Professional skills curriculum (i.e. MS Office, email etiquette)
  • Coaching and mentor sales skills and sales tool/process knowledge
  • Ensure all new hire set up activities completed within required timelines
  • Coordinate with HR HP representation at job fairs and college recruitment events
  • Work with Leaders to manage Intern program
  • Oversee support resources to ensure supplies, logistics and attendance records are on-schedule and maintained
  • Prepare and lead program business reviews with senior leaders and VP-level executives
  • At times, will be required to create content and deliver training

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree a plus
  • PMP-certified or equivalent certification preferred
  • Training certifications preferred
  • 2-5 years experience leading in a sales environment responsible for coaching, mentoring sellers
  • 4-6 years demonstrated presentation and facilitation experience
  • Experience leading medium-to-complex project implementations

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, influencing, presentation and facilitation
  • Ability to interface effectively with field and inside sales reps and leadership
  • Developed leadership skills, including team-building, influencing, conflict resolution and management
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering, collaborating and consulting
  • Advanced planning, communications, change management and cultural awareness skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis and problem solving skills
  • Strong financial and business acumen; general industry knowledge.
