  • Part of WW team, championing A3 (Copier) Print Services offers within APJ region, including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery, sales and operational readiness
  • Main interface between Sales and Pursuit teams on A3 (Copier) offers, with focus on training, deal positioning, and deal tracking
  • Drives new requirements back into service development lifecycle process to improve offerings
  • Works across APJ geography and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services
  • Drive Business Development & Transformational Growth
  • Proactive pursuit resource and advocate to drive business growth within region
  • Helps with complex deal support and custom requests

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • Typically 12+ years of relevant experiences to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management
  • Experience selling into copier industry, utilizing complex models and managing several brands
  • Advanced experience in several of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning
  • High knowledge of Managed Print Service business or Print/IT services industry
  • Strong financial acumen and business experience
  • Highly developed problem solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated skills showing independent judgment
  • Ability to correctly design reports and interpret output of other reporting tool
  • Highly developed project/program management and change management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
