Regional Lead/Manager, Gaming Marketing - CPS Marketing

Role Description:

With the aim to be #1 brand in the industry, our EMEA Gaming Marketing Lead plays a crucial role in driving the strategic direction, brand building, and growth initiatives for OMEN by HP at the regional and local level. This role is an exciting opportunity to develop and guide implementation of highly innovative marketing programs that are designed to deliver on our key business priorities. This role demands a visionary lead who can comfortably interact with all levels of senior management, while providing hands-on guidance to team members and country marketing stakeholders.

Profile:

  • 7-10 years' experience in a senior marketing role specifically within the gaming industry
  • Innately passionate about PC gaming, with expert-level knowledge of the eSports industry
  • Superior communication, presentation, organizational, and X-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven and detail-orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Innovated solution-oriented, unafraid to push boundaries to deliver best-in-class marketing programs
  • Fluency in English

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Definition, communication, and execution of our regional Omen by HP marketing strategy - inclusive of partnerships, campaigns, events, media, content, digital/social - fully aligned to priorities of the business.
  • Drive thought leadership programs that not only establish credibility for our brand, but also position OMEN by HP as a leading-edge voice in the PC gaming and eSports industry
  • Serve as primary liaison with senior stakeholders across marketing, business, product, retail, HP.com, and PR/communications on both a Worldwide and Regional level to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with Marketing Insights and Impact teams to ensure marketing strategies are delivering on and optimizing against customer journeys/experiences for key customer segments
  • Inspire, coach, and develop team members to ensure they are evolving with the needs of the business and are progressing on career trajectories aligned to personal goals
  • Support Country Marketing Managers to guide and facilitate strategic design and execution of local marketing plans and activations
  • Strategy management of marketing budget and investment strategy
  • Actively monitor competitive landscape to stay current with the latest product launches, major industry events and announcements, providing interpretation and recommended action plans to ensure OMEN by HP is always positioned as an innovative brand
  • Drive reporting strategy for all marketing programs to ensure ongoing optimization based on learnings
