    Job Description

    The HP Consumer PC Product Portfolio Manager (PPM) is part of the Consumer Business Management team within the Europe Middle-East Africa (EMEA) Consumer PC Category.

    The PPM team is responsible for the configurations and pricing of desktops and notebooks targeted to the Consumer market. The team is working with all EMEA, each PPM has the responsibility of a set of countries. He/she is working with the different EMEA countries Category Product Managers on the creation of the portfolio in line with the countries market specificities. He/she is responsible to ensure that the product and pricing are set in line with multiple guidelines (configuration rules, product positioning, pricing delegations etc...).
    The PPM is a key point of contact for the country ACM and brings his/her expertise on:
    - the newly introduced Consumer products, their features, their technology and their positioning
    - the costing of the different components and the cost evolution
    - the EMEA Category and Supply chain processes
    The PPM is responsible to ensure that the products are set-up in accordance with a set of guidelines on configurations, discount and pricing.
    The PPM will be measured on accuracy, respect of the guidelines and customer satisfaction.

    Key requirements:

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree.

    - Fluent in English
    - Good communication skills
    - High attention to details
    - Knowledge of the PC market is a plus.

    -1 to 2 years of work experience in the industry is desired.
