If you are our Process and Capabilities Manager in Malaysia, you will have a chance to

Partner Comp

  • Engage with APJ Channel Sales team on upcoming program/framework changes quarterly or half-yearly
  • Perform impact analysis of the changes and communicate with channel sales on supportability
  • Project manage deployment of SGA solutions to all affected countries
  • Act as partner comp SME for APJ with strong understanding of each program framework (including quota deployment processes)
  • Define and develop detailed user stories for APJ requirements (including quota deployment processes)
  • Develop and drive deployment of policy, processes & solutions

Channel Data Management/Financial Claims

  • Engage with BU stakeholders in process and capability implementation to secure sign-off
  • Engage country MDM on FCM related process and capability changes
  • Engage cross functions SMEs to deploy new capabilities or process rollout impacting Channel Data Management & Financial Claims
  • Design country level processes and mitigations in solution deployment
  • Develop and drive deployment of CDM & FCM policies, processes & solutions
  • Develop or validate CDM & FCM related MOC contents
  • Project manage deployment of CDM & FCM solutions or processes change to all affected countries
  • Lead region specific projects to drive CDM & FCM effectiveness and efficiency

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • IT/Business college degree with Masters preferred or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the areas of business /financial operations, business process review and improvement. Having project management certification such as PMP is a plus.
  • Having previous operational experience in channel data management, financial claims or partner incentive program management a plus
  • Demonstrated record of success in previous positions and possess a solution oriented attitude
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to engagement across teams and drive collaborative results
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, organization and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive clarity as appropriate
  • Ability to easily traverse between strategic frameworks and deep operational details across a wide range of business areas / topics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
