If you are our Print Supply Chain Finance Lead in Singapore, you will have a chance to

  • As Lead Financial Analyst to support the operation hardware manufacturing operations responsible for Enterprise Standard Cost, Tooling, Variance and Cost Savings which makes up 85% of Cost of Product with a spend easily more than USD 1 billion
  • Responsible for forecasting and managing financial impact through analyzing cost elements
  • Responsible to help manage the overall financial impact of organizational decisions and activities in order to improve HP's business performance
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis and consulting to business unit and industry managers
  • As key contact and support for individual divisions and provide financial services and consulting on processes, programs and projects, primarily to business managers, and contributes to planning, forecast and trend analysis
  • Advise Business owners and their staff on all financial strategic matters
  • Work closely with business teams (primarily based out of Singapore & US) in rolling up and reporting budget, flash and actual financials and achieving better cost management

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (like, Certified Public Accountant), Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience as a financial / accounting function, of which about 5 years in Financial Analyst
  • Excellent understanding of accounting and financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Superior communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Possess good business acumen
