Online Supplies Business Development Manager

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

Objective: Drive increased online share and sell-through growth for HP printing supplies in Mexico and Colombia.


Lead online business development and co-op digital marketing and demand generation

In collaboration with sales force, develop, execute and track country online plans with top online accounts to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value.

Improve the customer experience for HP supplies on key online accounts.

Senior metrics: online share, key marketplace share, online sell through growth, digital shelf results on Google, marketplaces and top resellers, online SKU assortment and in-stock at large online resellers.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Online, marketplace, SEM/PLA, SEO, mobile, social, display/retargeting subject matter expert

Able to communicate and interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members and partners

Able to communicate and interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
Identify what capabilities/assets are needed to enable achieving online initiatives, growth, and share goals

Knowledge/experience of some of the following specific skills would be advantageous:

Experience working for/with resellers

Digital marketing/demand generation

Experience with Adwords, Amazon Retail Analytics, Google Analytics, Benchtools, Brightedge, SimilarWeb, SEMRush
