Omnichannel Project Manager

In this position you will be part of the EMEA Omnichannel organization which is developing the most competitive channel ecosystem to achieve HP's business goals.

You will lead critical Go-To-Market projects that affect HP EMEA mid- to long-term objectives.

Those projects will all require interactions with multiple organizations and people, from individual contributors to MDs and VPs.

Those projects are linked to the omnichannel transformation and will address areas such as new channel programs, new converged tools (e.g. DGF/MDF), customer 360, pricing monitoring...

You will exercise independent judgment in developing strategies, policies, directions, methods, techniques and criteria for achieving the project objectives.

You are expected to act as a functional manager within your area of expertise although not managing other employees.

You will need to demonstrate strong business acumen, creativity, leadership and rigor to be recognized and successful.

Education and Experience Required:
Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

Superior business acumen.

Knowledge of the Channel ecosystem, landscape, key processes and tools, offline & online.

Extensive knowledge of research methodology for the most challenging business issues.

Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.

Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.

Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.

Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.

Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and make clear and compelling business planning recommendations.
