Mid-Market Business Development Manager (UK&I)

HP are currently hiring for the prestigious role of Field Business Development Manager for our Mid-Market and Education Sector. Every year, our Mid-Market and Education business contributes in excess of £130m in revenues that are specifically associated to HP's industry leading PC and Print portfolio.

With this role, you will be responsible for managing senior level engagement strategy within our Mid-Market and Education key customer. This will include, working with HP's 30+ strong end user sales operation, our partner operations team. Ensuring that we give the right level of support and assistance to our customer opportunities.

You must have a good understanding of IT Sales and be familiar with the intricacies that surround our Mid-Market and Education business customers.

This is an exciting time for HP. We have some of the most progressive investment programmes that are delivering significant results. But we can always do more.

Requirements:

  • Successful applicant must have a strong pedigree in managing end user customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Mid-Market and Education culture and environment - key drivers, pain points and ability to carry a discussion relating to the unique needs of this environment.
  • Can handle client engagement up to boardroom level - a multi-disciplined approach to relationship management.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Have a “can do” attitude, anything less is not enough.

  • Weekly Forecast Accuracy (+/- 5%)
  • Joint Business Planning
  • Key Business Wins
