Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop tests and Large Format Printer assets simulations to test PCA functionality and stress design margin in closed loop.
  • Development of test automation projects
  • Modeling of physical systems for HIL simulation

Job requirements

MSc (or upper) Degree in Electronics/ Control Systems / Mechatronics with:

Very strong knowledge of Matlab/Simulink or LabViewDevelopment, testing, or familiarity of embedded control systems (mechatronics, control systems) Strong EE technical skills including PCA testing (JTAG, Boundary scan, ICT, etc)Project Management skills: Able to deploy cross-organizational implementation plans, timely track progress, identify deviations and proactively take corrective actions. Able to see big picture and good prioritizing skills. Strong leadership, able to effectively sell own ideas, and to influence others to buy-in and follow them without having direct control.Fluent in EnglishStrong Team Building and teamwork: Able to build rapport with partners and colleagues so that new ideas can be accepted smoothly; and to give/receive open and honest feedback in a positive attitude. Negotiation skills: Able to get the best deal for HP without breaking the relationship and without impacting the schedules. Good control of the communication pace. Creating empathy with the partner.
