Internship MS Enabling Technology Support

Responsibilities:

The METS team is responsible for supporting installations/migrations and troubleshooting our AMS MS infrastructure tools, both pre and post-sales support. This Junior role, will help to absorb pure administrative task previously identified, allowing the experience METS LA Team focusing on the high technical areas and continuing with the plan and deployment of infrastructure in AMS.

Responsibilities:

To provide support to different administrative tasks and Administer users on the following tools:

  • RMMC
  • Service Portal
  • JAM
  • DCC
  • MGTS
  • ACDC
  • FM Console / SDS.
  • Provide reporting capabilities for METS, this requires MS Excel, MS SharePoint, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.

Education and Experience Required:

Active University student of 2nd year of Technical career path (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Systems, Information Technology, etc)

Advanced English Level - Written and Spoken.

Analytical skills, to support our different activities

Capability to create reports based on RAW data from Sharepoint – SQL.

Basic MS Office skills. (Excel, Sharepoint (Desired), Access, Powerpoint).

Good customer services skills.

Quickly adapt to processes and changes.
