Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks. Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment. Allocates own time efficiently. Receives general instructions on all work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides sales support and with increased account responsibility in an assigned territory/account.
  • Maintain a 6-month rolling pipeline and meets Inside Sales Rep led goals set by segment management.
  • With management guidance, proactively contacts and sells products, services, etc., and completes lead follow-up within assigned area of responsibility.
  • Maintains sales reports and data reporting for pipeline management.
  • Establishes professional working relationships with the client.
  • Excellence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Education and Experience Required:
  • Two year university degree preferred or equivalent experience


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Possesses a good understanding of general/technical aspects of the job.
  • Demonstrates on-going compliance with attendance requirements, training, expectations, and completed tasks at the direction of management.
  • Exhibits knowledge of HP portfolio of products or capacity to learn and utilize product resources to meet job requirements.
  • Demonstrates performance with increased year-over- year attach rates.
  • Exhibits knowledge of HP portfolio of products or capacity to learn and utilize product resources to meet job requirements.
  • With management guidance, proactively contacts and sells products/services and completes lead follow-up with assigned area of responsibility.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
