Responsibilities:

  • Communication (est. dedication 50%)
  • Innovation Portal (Content, BCNBit,…)
  • Newsletter (Content compilation and filtering, preparation, gathering external innovation events …)
  • Speakers funnel creation and management
  • "iToolbox" (est. dedication 20%)
  • Workshops management (interface with vendors, invoices, logistics…)
  • Maintain and facilitate training: Preparation, planning
  • Manage community of challenge leads, idea submitters, trends (est. dedication 10%)
  • Challenge leads: Follow up progress, feedback and status update
  • Gather content in regards internal and external trends. Deploy through social tool (Blog, oneHP,…) Manage community to attract traffic
  • Innolab management (est. dedication 20%)
  • Administration (calendar, booking, supplies…)
  • Dinamization (activities, decoration, upgrades…)
