If you are our Infrastructure and Systems Engineer in Singapore, you will have a chance to:

  • Provide second level support to help desk, HP factories, labs, and partners, for issues related to software installation, connectivity and infrastructure
  • Provide solution within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and assist in issue resolution or escalation if needed
  • Develop and manage DAAS (Device as a Service) process for infrastructure deployment at key hub sites.
  • Manage core system infrastructure end to end
  • Work closely with Regional PMs to support factories/ODMs/partners as technical representative
  • Develop and manage Server Setup process for software installation servers worldwide
  • Provide escalation support from help desk, factories, labs, and partners, for issues related to tools, installation, connectivity and infrastructure
  • Provide solution within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and assist in issue resolution or escalation if needed
  • Define and measure metrics to optimize results
  • Define and implement improvements as needed
  • Travel will be required for up to 25% of the regular working schedule
  • Manage core system infrastructure end to end
  • Work closely with DaaS Supply-Chain team and/or Regional PMs to support factories/ODMs/partners as technical representative

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years in Software engineering
  • Experience working with Microsoft Digital keys would be an added advantage
  • Relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, or techniques.
  • Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
  • Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines in which the company must operate to be successful.
  • Works on complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions.
  • Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives.
